Hi, Great post. Nobody ever talks about buying real assets and cashflow to make up the different in there expenses. Nobody ever talks about using good debt to create cashflow to pay expenses. Middle class is going to be wiped out in a few years.

Yes, you are correct. This is actually news to many people. Unfortunately, finance is like much else – most people will read the information and do absolutely nothing about it.

Great post Tyler. These experts are great at stating the obvious and avoiding specifics. The problem is that this is actually ‘news’ to many people.
