I have not looked into Rona either, but your analysis is interesting.  I can see Rona paying a dividend in the future but they appear to be saving all their cash for aquisitions.  These type of companies can get interesting because once they are done the buying they start to pay dividends that can quickly grow as earnings ramp up.</description>
