Manulife Financial Increases Dividend

Manulife Financial Corporation’s Board of Directors declared another dividend increase of10% quarterly.  This brings the shareholders’ dividend to $0.22 per share on the common shares of the Company, a quarterly increase of $0.02 per share, payable on or after June 19, 2007 to shareholders of record at the close of business on May 15, 2007.
