		<description>Overall I agree with your benfits of dividend paying stocks.  I find them a very important part of my wealth building.  

The only point I might disagree on is that dividends provide &quot;quicker compounding&quot;.  If the alternative is a company who is retaining its profits and reinvesting them in the company &quot;in theory&quot; at least that approach will not be double-taxed and therefore compound more efficently.  However, in practice I tend to agree that dividends a better way to go even though they might be slightly less efficent</description>
